Sour Cream Biscuits
2 Cups self rising flour
2 sticks butter
1 cup sour cream
Melt butter. Mix all ingredients. Bake in a muffin tin at 400 until lightly browned.
Notes: I usually do it with melted butter. Should try softened to see the difference. Also, baking temp may be higher.
