White sauce from budro

3/4 c mayonnaise

2 T cider vinegar

2 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp horseradish

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper ( I used 1/2 tsp so I didn't have to get another utensil out.)
